The ALP series is not only a lamp, but also a growing urban plug-in. Through the eternity of aluminum-based materials and the evolutionary power of digital systems, street infrastructure breaks through the boundaries of physics and function and becomes a cell unit of smart city metabolism. With the integrated design of structural light and heat, it redefines the 11-15 meter urban lighting paradigm.

Utilizing a minimalist geometric language with triangular edges, the lamp body adopts parametric topology optimization design. It is not only about appearance but also structure. While ensuring wind pressure resistance, the lamp pole presents a multi-faceted diamond-like shape under natural light, making it highly recognizable.

100% chromate-free process, aluminum recovery rate ≥98%, and eco-design philosophy form the closed-loop lifecycle for new aluminum-based materials. Essentially, it is the resonance between industrial civilization and geochemical cycles—after standing firm in hurricanes for half a century, the lamp pole can return to the furnace with 98% integrity, transforming into the skeleton of next-generation urban furniture. The material thus transcends the definition of “consumables,” becoming an eternal and dynamic carrier of industrial metabolism.

The light source and lamp arm are integrated; the lamp arm serves as the heat sink. It uses 7070 LED chips with large wafers, offering low energy consumption and high lighting efficiency.

New heat dissipation LED lamp head, light source and lamp arm integrated

OLP developed a new heat dissipation LED lamp head, which has achieved the goal of lamp arm as heat sink, using 7070LED lamp beads with large chips, low energy consumption and high light efficiency, with the lowest power consumption under the same light efficiency, saving 12%-38% energy compared to general 5050 and 3030 lamp beads.
After 4 years of application testing, the heat dissipation data has been kept below 60℃, and the life of the LED light source can be extended from 50,000-90,000 hours to 130,000 hours.

One-piece forming process

Through the triangular cross-section cavity, the shape and structure are integrated. The formed inner cavity serves as the main supporting structure of the pole body to enhance the strength of the pole body, and also serves as a hidden cavity for riveting parts to simplify the appearance, achieving a bending section coefficient Wx ≥ 245cm³, which can bear a wind pressure load of 60m/s (216km/h), which is 40% higher than the traditional cylindrical lamp pole in wind resistance and 28% lighter in weight.
